With Moving Box Delivery, all cardboard boxes in your box kit will have a stamped moving labels on the box so you can easily check off which room the mover should place your box inside of when they arrive at your new home. It is fast and easy!

On the side of the cardboard boxes, simply check the correct room that the moving box should be placed in and your work is done. Professional movers are accustomed to looking at the moving labels of cardboard boxes so they can easily transport your moving boxes into the right room.

Why are moving labels labels placed on the sides of the cardboard boxes?
Tthe reasons why room locater labels are placed on the SIDE of the cardboard boxes, is because when your moving boxes are stacked on top of each other, your movers will still be able to see which room to move them to.

Labeling Cardboard Boxes Will Save You Time
Movers do not have time for you to tell them which room the cardboard boxes should be placed in, nor will you remember.Therefore, customers who do not have their  cardboard boxes  labeled will typically find themselves will with a HUGE stack of cardboard boxes in their garage that they have to haul room by room themselves. If you find yourself in this situation, you will need 50-60% more time to unpack.

Moving Labels to Indicate What is Inside of the Moving Box  

All cardboard boxes designed for moving include a section that is blank for you to indicate what is included inside of each moving box. This helps the movers know if there are FRAGILE items, and it helps you when you are unpacking. For any type of move, the contents field is important.

Name-When you ship items, or move long distance, often you are asked to put your name on the side of our cardboard boxes. If you are moving locally, you can typically just leave this blank.

Contents-On the side of our cardboard boxes you can label what is inside of every box.  Fragile china for example.

Order No- If you are numbering your boxes to make sure they all arrive, this is where this can be done.

Easy Assmebly Flaps on Cardboard Boxes

When your cardboard boxes arrive they will be flat. Assembling them is SUPER easy, because they have “easy assembly” flaps.

With “Easy Assembly Flaps” you will notice that one side of the moving box has flaps that are attached and the other does’t. This makes it very easy and fast to fold the flaps down AND assembly your boxes. This is why professional movers always use them, because it saves a lot of time and is fast and easy.

Also when you are packing your boxes, having the flaps folded down makes it easier to put items into the box as the flaps don’t get in the way.

Then when you are ready to seal your cardboard box, simply lift the flaps UP and tape them shut.
