1. Where do I find my ORDER ID number? 

Your Order ID number was sent to you in an e-mail DIRECTLY after you placed your order.

If you need to search for your order ID e-mail in your inbox, search for "order ID moving box."

2. Can I track my order by tracking number at FED EX?

Yes you can. You will receive a SECOND e-mail from Moving Box Delivery once your order ships M-F between 12 and 4 PST. Any order that is received before 12 noon PST is shipped out the same day.
