Ordering process:
1. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order right after you place the order.
2. A tracking number will also be e-mailed when your moving kit is shipped. Please do not be alarmed that you don't receive a tracking number right after you place the order.
Tracking Numbers are Sent After Shipment
Moving kits are shipped Monday-Friday between 12-4pm PST for all orders that came in that day before 12 noon. You will receive your tracking number after it has been shipped.
When Will I Receive a Tracking number for Saturday/Sunday Orders?
If you ordered your moving kit on the weekend, you will receive your tracking number Monday afternoon between 12- 4 PST.
When will I receive a tracking number for orders placed at night?
Orders placed at night M-F will be shipped the next day between 12-4 pm PST. This is when you will receive your tracking number.
Orders placed at night on the weekends, will be shipped Monday afternoon. Then you will receive your tracking number.
