Return Policy

If you have placed your order and then realized that you no longer need your moving supplies, please contact Moving Box Delivery ASAP. The sooner you contact us after placing your order, the higher the chances that we will  be able to provide all of your money back.

If your order has not shipped
If the order has not shipped, we will provide a 100% refund for your order. If you wish to cancel your order please call our customer service department  ASAP at 1-888-526-4907 AND send an e-mail that you would like to cancel your order.Please include your name and order number.

We will notify you by e-mail that your order has, or has not been shipped. If your order has not been shipped, you will receive a refund within 48 hours. (It takes 24 hours for the intial order to process before we are able to make a refund)

If your order has already shipped
If your order has already shipped, we charge a $25 PER shipping box shipping, handling and restocking fee.  It is very expensive to ship moving boxes and supplies which is why we charge a handling fee for returns. (This does not cover our shipping costs even one way)

You will receive a refund within 48 hours less the restocking fee.

Please note: Any returned item must be unopened and not used.
